We are urgently looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have some experience or a robust interest in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru. If you re passionate about business development, client relationships, and helping a company grow, this is the role for you! Freshers with the right attitude and drive are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru.
- Compose proposals and cover letters, and interact with clients to gather information.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist in driving the company s growth by engaging with prospective clients and closing deals.
- Handle client chats and provide prompt follow-up communication.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 1.5 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the market and client needs.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Prior experience in business development, client interaction, and proposal writing is preferred, but not required.
- A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals.
