ForceIndia Trailers is a growing trailer manufacturing company backed by 35+ years of industry experience. We manufacture Flatbed, Lowbed, Skeletal and Heavy-Duty Trailers for fleet owners, transporters, infrastructure and logistics companies across India.
As we enter an aggressive growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and drive sales.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop current B2B sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Travel extensively to meet fleet owners, transporters, logistics and infrastructure companies and truck dealerships.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable trailer solutions.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations and conversions from lead to sale.
- Work closely with the company owners.
This Role Is For You If You
- Have 5–7+ years of strong core sales experience.
- Are confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoy field sales and are willing to travel extensively.
- Have experience in B2B, automotive, commercial vehicles, industrial products or infrastructure — preferred but not mandatory.
- Have marketing or lead-generation experience — an added advantage.
Work Structure 50% Field | 25% Office | 25% Work From Home The role is primarily field-driven. You should be comfortable spending a significant amount of your time meeting prospective customers and developing relationships. Work-from-home flexibility can be offered based on performance and mutual trust.
Compensation
35,000 Fixed + 1.5% Uncapped Commission on Sales
Our trailers typically range from 7 lakh to 20 lakh+ per order, giving strong earning potential for high-performing sales professionals.
Expected Monthly Earnings: 1,00,000–1,50,000+
