About the Role

Business Leadership League (BLL) is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented MBA freshers to join our Business Development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in B2B sales, business networking, client acquisition, and relationship management while working directly with entrepreneurs, founders, CXOs, and business leaders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, confidence in interacting with clients, and a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective SMEs and mid-sized businesses.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking events, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and present BLL's business solutions and memberships.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.




- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Work with Marketing and Events teams to generate and nurture leads.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Preferred Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related fields.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai/Navi Mumbai for meetings and events.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
