Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
- BRD & FRD Documentation: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to guide the development process.
- Proposal Writing: Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales presentations, addressing client requirements and showcasing tailored solutions for web and mobile app development.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive growth.
- Web & Mobile App Solutions: Act as the liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet client expectations for web and mobile application development.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or additional requirements.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, recent business opportunities, and potential partners.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing:



Engage with clients in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead status using the company’s CRM software.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports on lead generation, proposal status, sales pipeline, and market trends to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA with a strong foundation in technology.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the IT or software development industry (preferably web and mobile app solutions).
- Strong technical knowledge of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
- Experience in Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD) creation.
- Excellent proposal writing skills, with the ability to clearly present technical and business solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,659.44 - ₹50,000.00 per month
