About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Marketing, or a related field.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a solid interest in building client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Conduct client outreach and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Assist in negotiations and work toward successfully closing business opportunities.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and client information in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and provide pipeline updates to management.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Support the team in developing new client acquisition and business development strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.




- Work toward achieving assigned monthly lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, or a related role are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and professional approach to client communication.
- Solid interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and travel when required.

- CRM management and reporting accuracy.
- Contribution toward overall business growth.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
