Role Description The Business Development Executive internship is an on-site role based in Madurai. Interns will support the business development team in identifying recent business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and assisting with client outreach.

Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining records of prospects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The role also involves participating in meetings, supporting account management activities, and contributing ideas to improve business growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including market research and prospecting.




- Strong understanding of Business fundamentals, with interest in sales, growth strategies, and client acquisition.
- Effective Communication skills for written and verbal interactions with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Basic exposure to Account Management, including follow-ups, relationship building, and client support.
- Relevant coursework or degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, and familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
