Key Roles & Responsibilities

? Develop and execute business strategies for European markets to drive sales, revenue, profitability and market share .

? Identify, appoint and manage distributors and dealers across Europe , building robust channel relationships.

? Manage Europe P&L;, pricing, commercial negotiations, budgeting and profitability .

? Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion and new market development .

? Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies .

? Work closely with R&D; and Product Management to develop products aligned with European market requirements.

? Support product launches, exhibitions and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.

? Ensure strong after-sales service,



warranty support and customer satisfaction .

? Ensure compliance with European regulations, certifications and homologation requirements .

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide strategic insights.

? Collaborate with Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Service, Quality and Legal teams to drive business growth.

Ideal Profile

✅ 10+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Business Development

✅ Strong European market exposure

✅ Experience in Distributor & Dealer Network Management

✅ Experience in P&L; and business development

✅ Exposure to European regulations and homologation is an advantage

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across Europe ( 50–70% )
