Job Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, universities, libraries, hostels and coaching hubs.
- Interact with students and create awareness about PATH programs.
- Collect genuine student leads and share data with the counselling team.
- Promote seminars, workshops and career guidance sessions.
- Generate counselling appointments for interested students.
- Submit daily activity and lead reports.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Must be comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned city.
- Smartphone user with basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Forms.
- Must have a two wheeler

Preferred Candidates
- Experience in sales, marketing, education, insurance, telecom or field promotion.
- Energetic, confident and self-motivated individuals.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- विद्यार्थियों को काउंसलिंग, सेमिनार एवं करियर गाइडेंस कार्यक्रमों के लिए प्रेरित करना।
- प्राप्त लीड्स को काउंसलिंग टीम तक पहुँचाना।
- दैनिक गतिविधि एवं लीड रिपोर्ट जमा करना।
- दोपहिया वाहन होना ज़रूरी है।

योग्यता




- किसी भी विषय में स्नातक (Graduate)।
- हिंदी में अच्छा संवाद कौशल।
- अंग्रेजी का सामान्य ज्ञान व संवाद क्षमता वांछनीय।
- स्वयं का दोपहिया वाहन होना आवश्यक।
- फील्ड कार्य एवं स्थानीय यात्रा के लिए तैयार हों।
- स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग करने में सक्षम हों।
- WhatsApp एवं Google Forms का सामान्य ज्ञान हो।

- सेल्स, मार्केटिंग, एजुकेशन, इंश्योरेंस, टेलीकॉम या फील्ड प्रमोशन का अनुभव।
