MyFiley is a fast-growing financial compliance platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses register companies (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC) and manage GST, Income Tax, and Trademark filings, offering expert-assisted, paperless compliance services with quick turnaround times.
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate to build client relationships and drive revenue growth by promoting MyFiley's compliance and registration services to startups and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant MyFiley services (registration, GST, ITR, trademark)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into paying customers
- Coordinate with the operations/compliance team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale
- Meet monthly targets for conversion and revenue
- Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and identify upsell opportunities
- Stay updated on compliance regulations and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of business registration/compliance processes (preferred, not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus
What We Offer
- Training period salary- 8k (fixed +incentives), Full time role- 16-17k (fixed + incentives)
