Key Responsibilities: Counsel and engage candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings. Promote overseas job opportunities and language training programs. Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records. Achieve monthly sales targets. Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Strong communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills. 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
