We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Business Development Associates to drive student admissions by converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Parent Counselling: Follow up with prospective parents on leads generated by the PRO team and marketing campaigns. Explain curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and unique offerings. Counsel parents, address queries, schedule campus visits, and maintain follow-ups.
- Admissions & Conversion: Convert qualified leads into confirmed student admissions to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Deliver a seamless admission experience and build strong parent relationships.
- CRM & Reporting: Update all calls, follow-ups,
and admission statuses in CRM/portal accurately. Coordinate closely with the PRO team and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with parents.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
