About the Role

Jewel Child Development Centre is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for developing professional relationships, identifying business opportunities, coordinating outreach activities, and contributing to the growth of the centre.

This role is an excellent opportunity for MBA freshers who are interested in business development, marketing, client relationship management, and healthcare-related business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential business opportunities and areas for organizational growth.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, hospitals, clinics, doctors, organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits and business development activities as assigned.
- Plan and execute outreach and promotional activities to increase awareness of Jewel Child Development Centre.
- Generate and follow up on potential leads and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain daily reports of planned visits, completed visits, meetings, and outcomes.
- Collect market information and provide insights regarding competitors and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the management and internal departments to support business growth initiatives.
- Assist in organizing awareness programmes, camps, events,



and promotional activities.
- Prepare and maintain business development reports and presentations.
- Represent the organization professionally during external meetings and networking activities.
- Achieve assigned business development and outreach targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Interest in business development, marketing, and client relationship management.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits when required.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
