Role Description The Business Development Associate internship at Ininti Tech is an on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. The intern will support business growth by researching markets, identifying potential clients, and assisting with lead generation activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining prospect databases, and coordinating with internal teams to communicate client needs.

The intern will also help draft business proposals, participate in meetings, and contribute to strategic discussions about new opportunities. This role offers exposure to the technology sector and hands-on experience in business development operations.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and be comfortable creating and delivering Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and the ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities, including gathering, analyzing, and reporting on industry and competitor data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for qualified interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Vishakhapatnam, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of technology products and services, with a strong interest in the IT and digital innovation space.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead tracking tools) is beneficial.
