Responsible for acquiring and onboarding new franchise partners and vehicle owners/associates for Wowcarz by generating leads, conducting follow-ups, explaining business/investment opportunities, converting prospects, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Reaching potential leads
- Identify potential franchise prospects who inquired
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database
- Research potential franchise and vehicle attachment opportunities
- Franchise acquisition & conversion
- Contact and qualify franchise leads
- Explain the WOW CARZ franchise model, investment, advantages, and earning potential
- Schedule meetings/calls with interested prospects
- Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion
- Handle basic objections and coordinate with senior team members for negotiations
- Achieve assigned franchise conversion targets
- Vehicle attachment/partner acquisition
- Identify car owners/investors interested in attaching their vehicles to WOW CARZ
- Explain the vehicle attachment/investment program
- Share program details, expected returns, requirements, and terms
- Follow up with interested vehicle owners and convert them into partners
- Achieve assigned vehicle attachment targets
- Partner onboarding




- Collect required documents and information from new franchisees and vehicle partners
- Coordinate KYC, agreements, payments, and other onboarding formalities
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and management for smooth onboarding
- Ensure partners are activated within the required TAT
- Sales & follow-up
- Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups
- Maintain proper records of every lead and follow-up
- Update CRM/lead management systems regularly
- Track leads through different stages, new, contacted, interested, negotiation, converted, onboarded
- Minimize lead leakage and ensure timely follow-up
- Reporting & performance
- Submit daily/weekly activity reports
- Track calls, leads generated, meetings, conversions, and onboarding numbers
- Monitor individual targets and conversion ratios
- Participate in team meetings and review performance with the manager
