Kabra Builds is a web design and maintenance studio that helps businesses build and maintain skilled websites and software. We handle everything from design to hosting to monthly upkeep, so business owners don't have to think about it.

Role Description

We're looking for people to cold call businesses from a list we provide and pitch them on Kabra Builds. You'll get full training, a calling script, and objection handling before you start. You're all set once you've verified the business owner's contact info and booked a callback; from there, our team takes over and closes the deal. This is 100% remote; you can work from anywhere in India. No office, no fixed hours, just hit your calls and bring in clients.

Pay

Commission only: ₹5,000 per client you help close.



No cap on how much you can earn. Calling around 10 businesses a day gets you a solid shot at multiple closes a month. Our current callers average 7 closes/month. Payout happens once the deal is actually signed.

Qualifications

Confident on the phone, comfortable talking to business owners

Fluent in Hindi and/or English

Own phone and stable internet

No experience needed; we train you.

Self-motivated; this is commission-based, so payout depends on effort
