Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students from a Science/Healthcare background and understand their career interests.

Interact with prospects through calls and follow-ups to build strong professional relationships.

Explain and promote the company’s courses and services to prospective students.

Identify potential opportunities and work towards achieving monthly revenue and admission targets.

Conduct meaningful discussions with students and guide them through the admission process.





Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into admissions.

Contribute towards business growth and revenue generation in the EdTech sector.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Robust time-management and organizational skills.

Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
