This internship role supports the business development and growth function at Rolling Media by assisting in lead generation, market research, client outreach, and growth strategy execution. The intern will work closely with the founder and core teams to identify new business opportunities, support client acquisition efforts, and strengthen partnerships.

This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a quick-paced digital agency environment focused on content, media, and brand growth.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients such as marketing managers, brand heads, founders, and other key decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone calls to build connections and generate new leads.




- Assist in preparing customized proposals and basic growth ideas based on the clients needs and goals.
- Follow up with leads regularly and coordinate with interested prospects to schedule meetings and presentations.
- Maintain and update client information, track leads, and manage databases using MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and executed.
