Key Roles

- Identify locations for opening new stores for MR.DIY (4000sqft to 15000sqft).
- Should have an eye for competition and other retail and understand the market catchment

requirement and potential.
- Source locations and properties for the brand and initial negotiation with landlords for signing

up the properties for the brand.
- Manage the entire paperwork from sourcing to leasing to completion of the store project and

hand it over to the operations team.

Responsibilities

- Identify outstanding locations as per company requirements.
- Map competition stores and create a market mapping scenario.
