Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and helping improve business operations. The candidate will work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and SRS (Software Requirement Specification).
- Work closely with the development team to explain requirements and ensure proper implementation.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand project scope and expectations.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing and validation of developed features.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and suggest solutions.




- Track project progress and provide updates to management.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience in preparing BRD, SRS, and user stories.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp is a plus.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in software or IT company.
- Knowledge of wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Lucidchart.
