Business Analyst

- CTC: ₹4–5 LPA (based on interview performance and experience)

- Probation Period: 6 months

During the probation period, performance will be evaluated based on client communication, account management, project coordination, and overall contribution to client satisfaction and business growth. Confirmation as a permanent employee will be subject to successful completion of the probation period. High performers may be considered for early confirmation and future growth opportunities within the organization.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands client needs, and can coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client communication, supporting account growth, ensuring project coordination,



and contributing to long-term client satisfaction.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Business Analyst, Client Servicing, Business Development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Positive organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
