ABL Financial Services (for Cisco Capital) seeks a Centre of Excellence Specialist for our New Delhi Operations Centre. The scope of this role encompasses transactional management of individual work with a high degree of emphasis placed on customer service and service delivery.

Primary responsibilities are directed toward individual assignments with cross-team/territory collaboration to achieve team, territory and theatre targets.

The Centre of Excellence Specialist may be assigned to work on one or more Cisco Capital CoE teams as business needs vary and to expand on his/her knowledge base and experience.

All CoE Specialists should have the following core competencies and skills:

Proficiency (written & verbal) in English mandatory

Valuable computer knowledge with the ability to learn/navigate complex tools & processes

Strong Business to Business communication skills (both written & verbal)

Education/Experience

¢ BA/BSc University degree (or equivalent)/ MBA/ Multi-lingual a plus.

¢ 45 years work experience in Finance, Accounting, General Business, or Customer Service

¢ Leasing operations knowledge and experience, or relevant experience in commercial lending environment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES





Billing Team (Invoicing)

¢ Process system data/changes as required by concerned stakeholder in the tool.

¢ Generate periodic manual invoices and back bills as needed.

¢ Preparation of customer flat files.

¢ Create other approved manual invoices

¢ Generate buyout/termination/payoff/partner fee invoices

¢ Enter invoices into customers portal as needed

¢ Responsible for audits related to related functions

¢ Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders (Amendment, Tax, Accounting, CRMs, CCMs, IT, GBPM etc) for resolution and enhancement activities.

¢ Provide metrics for all Billing.

¢ Process E-Invoicing customer setup.

¢ Research discrepancies.

Lifecycle Team

- Generate daily cash reports and distribute as needed.
- Applies Daily Cash Receipts that have failed validation process
- Processes Cash App Requests submitted by Client Services Rep
- Resolves unidentified cash receipts not belonging to CSC accounts.
- Maintains log for accounting entries in and out for intercompany cash transfers.
- Applies advance invoice payments upon invoice accrual
- Sends unapplied/suspense cash list to Client Services Rep
- Processes systems data updates as required

Salary: INR 200,000 - 600,000 per annum
