- 8–10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5–6 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial operations and analytics — gained at a consulting firm (e.g., ZSAssociates, IQVIA, Axtria, Cognizant), a pharma manufacturer, or a specialized commercial analytics vendor.

- Hands-on experience across at least two of: salesforce effectiveness, incentive compensation management, forecasting, market/patient-level data analytics, segmentation & targeting, or omnichannel marketing analytics.

- Solid working knowledge of pharma commercial data ecosystems — IQVIA Xponent/DDD, Symphony Health, claims (medical/pharmacy), specialty pharmacy, CRM/Veeva, and syndicated market data.

- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics/statistical tool (Python, R, or SAS);

experience with a BI platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships directly, including running workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and owning workstream delivery.





- Strong structured problem-solving and storyline development skills — able to move from ambiguous business questions to clear, defensible recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating and delivering executive-ready presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, life sciences, engineering, or business discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Prior experience at a top-tier pharma commercial analytics or consulting firm.

- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled commercial use cases — next-best-action, propensity modeling, or GenAI-assisted insight generation.

- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure) supporting commercial analytics.

- Familiarity with pharma compliance and regulatory considerations affecting commercial data use (HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act).

- People management experience — leading or mentoring a pod of 2–4 analysts/consultants.
