Roles & Responsibilities -
Analyze Projects in details as to: Timeline, Budget, Forecasting, expediting, resource profiling and create detailed functional scope document .
Create and manage sprints for agile/scrum projects.
Create Wireframe, Flow Diagram and user stories.
Ensure project delivery as per agreed timeline.
Manage project teams for multiple projects.
Regularly communicate with client/s.
Monitor the actual cost/hours against budget, earned value analysis,monitor project risks, issues, resources.
Preparation of agreements, change control notes, invoices.
Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, Dashboard.
Storing project data properly and ensure use of standard templates, information etc across all similar projects.
Proactive involvement in improving the processes through automation and use of digital delivery practices.

Skill -
Advanced knowledge of the philosophies, principals, practices & techniques of project management.
Understand and has utilized Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and Basic project management skills. Ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial information through critical thinking.




Commercial awareness and Excellent communication skills.
Hands on experience on using advanced excel, Power Query, and PowerBI tools for developing tools and dashboards for internal and external stakeholder communications.
Awareness of Primavera Risk Analysis tool and Quantitative Schedule/Cost Risk Analysis (QSRA/QCRA) (Valuable to have)
