Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Physics classes for students of Grades 6–9.
Prepare students for National and International Olympiad examinations. Build solid fundamentals that support future IIT-JEE and NEET preparation.
Develop analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and scientific aptitude. Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practice tests.
Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain attendance and academic records.
Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding syllabus completion and student progress. Participate in orientation programmes, parent meetings, and academic review sessions.
Qualification M.Sc. in Physics or equivalent. B.Tech/M.Tech Experience Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
Experience in Olympiad/Foundation/IIT-JEE/NEET coaching is preferred.
