We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Europe | QuestionPro

Location: Pune | Work from Office – 5 days a week

Region: Europe

Experience: Up to 3 years

QuestionPro is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage, support, and grow our existing Education-sector customers across Europe.

You’ll work closely with universities, schools, researchers, faculty, and institutional stakeholders to help them adopt and maximize the value of research and survey technology.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing European customers
Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention
Conduct QBRs, product trainings, workshops, and enablement programs
Build solid relationships with university and education stakeholders
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities
Prepare proposals and manage commercial discussions and negotiations
Support customers through product changes and technology adoption
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams

Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers and lead training sessions




Robust relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving customer challenges
Commercial acumen and confidence in discussing value, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
Consultative approach to understanding customer requirements and translating them into technology solutions
Solid learning agility and the ability to quickly understand and communicate SaaS products and recent features
Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and follow-through
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Interest or experience in SaaS, Education Technology, Research, or Customer Success is an advantage
