Job Purpose: To provide backoffice engineering support for recent and existing business, leading wiring harness design and development projects, and managing crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Experience Requirement: 11–18 years of handson experience in automotive wiring harness (LV/HV) design and development, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, connector and component selection, and vehiclelevel harness integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete vehicle wiring harness design and development for LV and HV systems, including adoption of new technologies such as lightweight harnesses, EVspecific HV harnesses, and smart harnesses.
Manage endtoend project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring milestones are achieved and risks mitigated.
Drive effective communication and collaboration across departments and with customers, providing transparent reporting and technical presentations.
Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN) as per customer schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Propose and implement VAVE ideas to optimize cost and efficiency.
Prepare and present technical reports and harness studies, ensuring auditready documentation.

Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to Senior Manager / DGM – Engineering.
Leads a team of engineers (E1 level) and coordinates with customer backoffice teams.
