Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of structural vehicle systems including frame, swing arm, handlebar, side/main stands, footrests, and grab handles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Simulation, Testing, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure optimal part performance.
Create and manage Design Verification Plans (DVPs) in collaboration with simulation and testing teams.
Interpret simulation and test results to iterate and improve design quality and structural performance.
Develop DFMEAs aligned with DVPs to proactively identify and mitigate potential failure modes.
Manage and update the Engineering BOM, design standards, and documentation of lessons learned.
Identify and communicate design risks with proactive mitigation planning.
