Responsibilities
Create enterprise-grade applications with Java and Spring Boot
Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices deployed to cloud platforms
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications
Collaborate across functions to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Provide code review leadership and technical guidance to engineering team members
Ensure architectural decisions align with quality, security, reliability, and compliance requirements
Apply Agile and DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Administer CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery processes
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack
Use containerization and orchestration tooling to deploy and manage services





Requirements
Extensive 5+ years of experience in design and development using Java 21, Quarkus, and Java/JEE
High proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JUnit
Solid knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle, Sybase, and PL/SQL
Proven experience in microservices architecture, Azure Cloud, and Serverless solutions
Positive understanding of Kubernetes, including pods, containers, services, and Istio
Hands-on experience with Docker and Redis
Robust capability in RESTful APIs and connecting backend services with frontend applications
Experience using Git/GitLab CI/CD pipelines and working in Agile teams
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Nice to have
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and React (including Hooks)
Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience in performance tuning and DevOps
Ability to implement UX designs into responsive, scalable, maintainable UI solutions using accepted standards and patterns
