Implement DFT features.

Key Responsibilities
Scan/MBIST implementation
ATPG

Required Skills & Expertise
SystemVerilog, UVM
Jtag, SoC debugging
Exposure to Synopsys Verdi, Cadance SimVision
Basic PrimeTime

Preferred Skills
Robust TCL scripting capability
Python scripting is a plus
Experience in advanced nodes (7nm and below)
