Legal Executive / Legal Associate

Industry Preference: Real Estate only

Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Executive / Legal Associate with relevant experience in the Real Estate industry to handle property-related legal matters, litigation, documentation, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle property-related legal matters, including property documentation, title verification, agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and related documents.
Review and interpret property title documents, RTC, EC, Khata, BBMP/BDA documents, sale deeds, and other land/property records.
Assist in property due diligence and title verification and identify potential legal risks.
Handle and coordinate litigation matters, including civil, property, tenancy, and contractual disputes.
Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders for ongoing legal matters.
Draft, review, and maintain legal notices, replies, agreements, affidavits, undertakings, and other legal documents.
Assist in handling court cases, legal notices, disputes,



and documentation related to company properties.
Maintain records of litigation cases, property documents, agreements, notices, and legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research and provide support on property and commercial legal matters.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, Projects, and Management regarding property-related legal requirements.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Real Estate & Property Laws.
Practical experience in property documentation and title verification.
Exposure to litigation and court-related matters.
Positive legal drafting and documentation skills.
Ability to read and write Kannada is mandatory.
Solid communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate independently with advocates, authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Qualification
LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Legal matters.

Industry Requirement Candidates with prior experience specifically in the Real Estate industry will be preferred/considered.
