About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-7 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

You will work closely with clients, product managers, development teams, and QA teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into transparent, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement workshops.
- Prepare user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
