Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes and data, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into transparent functional requirements for technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical/functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, dashboards, and other business documentation as required.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios and validating results.
- Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing solutions that improve business efficiency and customer experience.




- Ensure requirements are properly documented and aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on IT/software or AI-based projects.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Exposure to API, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
- Prior experience working with startups or fast-paced technology environments.
