Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.

Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

Analyze data, trends, and key performance indicators to support decision-making.

Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

Develop process maps, workflows, reports, and presentations.

Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Assist in change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.





Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
