About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in MS SQL, Healthcare Data Modeling & Integration, and Statistics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure to support healthcare data analytics initiatives.

Your expertise will help implement monitoring systems for automated health checks, develop continuous integration pipelines, and guide the team through technical challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare datasets, data warehousing, and analytics, enabling them to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate robust proficiency in SQL, particularly in querying and analyzing large healthcare datasets.



Familiarity with modern data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and MySQL is essential.

Experience in creating healthcare process and data flow documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or similar is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills are critical for success in this role. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, translating complex data insights into clear, actionable reports.

Responsibilities As a Data Analyst specializing in healthcare, your responsibilities will include analyzing large-scale US healthcare datasets, such as claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data. You will write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from relational databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Supporting healthcare data modeling and integration efforts, you will work with platforms like Snowflake and MySQL to develop data marts and analytics layers that facilitate insightful reporting. Collaborating with data engineering teams, you will ensure the reliable ingestion and integration of data from various source systems, including claims processing and provider systems. You will contribute to analytics initiatives focused on value-based care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for process mapping and documentation, creating process flows, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals to illustrate healthcare data workflows. Documenting healthcare business rules, data definitions, metrics logic, and reporting methodologies will be essential to ensure consistency and standardization across projects.



Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders from Healthcare Operations, Finance, Clinical, Quality, and Compliance teams to understand their reporting needs, translating complex healthcare data into clear insights.

Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams will be a regular part of your role, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
