Role Description The Business Analyst role at Color Hunt is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document business requirements for operational and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making related to product performance, sales trends, and supply chain efficiency.



The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support the brand’s expansion in domestic and international markets.

The Business

Analyst will ensure that recommendations are aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting insights, preparing reports, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Business Processes and ability to translate Business Requirements into actionable improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and business reporting software.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced retail and fashion environment.
- Prior experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
