We are looking for an energetic and confident Brand Promoter who can represent our brand in retail stores and directly interact with customers.

The main responsibility of the candidate will be to approach customers, understand their needs, explain the product in a easy and convincing way, and encourage them to make a purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote our products inside assigned retail stores.
- Interact directly with customers and explain products clearly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product benefits and proper usage.
- Answer customer questions and handle basic queries.
- Encourage interested customers to try and purchase the products.
- Create product awareness among customers.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image.
- Collect customer feedback and share common questions or objections with the team.
- Track and report daily customer interactions and sales performance.




- Coordinate with the sales team and store staff when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Confident, energetic and presentable personality.
- Ability to explain products in simple and engaging language.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, promotion, retail, or customer interaction will be preferred.

Key Objective The primary objective of this role is to create product awareness, build customer trust, and increase direct sales through effective in-store customer interaction. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
