Role & responsibilities

New Product Development

- Identify new product opportunities based on consumer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.

- Drive NPD from ideation to launch, developing product concepts and coordinating with Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Compliance, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.

- Own project timelines and ensure products are launch-ready

Brand & Campaign Management

- Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels.

- Develop innovative initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, trial, and brand affinity.

- Balance long-term brand building with short-term business objectives using consumer insights and data.

- Collaborate with Category, Creative, CRM, Performance, Product, and Sales teams.

Digital, Content & Partnerships

- Strengthen Cellucor's presence across owned digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and the website.

- Lead influencer, athlete, creator, and content partnerships, including product seeding and campaign execution.





- Stay ahead of digital and social trends to identify new opportunities for the brand.

Agency & Performance Management

- Brief and manage creative, media, production, and other agency partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Track campaign performance and use data and insights to optimize marketing initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in Brand, Consumer, Product, or Digital Marketing.

- Prior experience in NPD / product launches is highly preferred.

Experience in FMCG, D2C, health & wellness, sports nutrition, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Sales, consumers, brand building, and marketing.

- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working with data and campaign performance metrics.

- A proactive, curious self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in a fast-paced workplace.
