Role Overview The Brand Leader is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the company’s brand strategy and market presence. This role will lead brand planning, marketing initiatives, consumer engagement, and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, preference, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead annual brand planning, positioning, and marketing strategy.
- Manage brand identity, guidelines, messaging, and communication across all channels.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, competitors, and category developments.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, events, and other relevant channels.
- Work closely with sales, product, creative, digital, and commercial teams to ensure consistent brand execution.




- Manage marketing agencies, creative partners, media agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and evaluate ROI, brand health, and key marketing KPIs.
- Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Identify current opportunities for brand growth, partnerships, product launches, and market expansion.
- Lead product or brand launches from strategy and planning through execution.
- Ensure all consumer-facing communication reflects the desired brand positioning and values.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance for senior management.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
