Role Description The Brand Manager at Bullwork Mobility is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen Bullwork Mobility’s position in the agritech and electric vehicle markets.
Day-to-day tasks include managing brand identity and messaging, planning and overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline brand initiatives, and ensuring consistent visual and verbal communication across all touchpoints.
The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align brand storytelling with business goals, analyze market trends and customer insights, and track campaign performance to refine strategies.
The role also includes managing external agencies or partners, supporting event and community outreach activities, and maintaining brand guidelines.
It also includes coordinating for videoshoots and editing, conceptualisation for the campaigns.

Qualifications
- Brand management and marketing strategy skills, including experience in positioning, messaging, and campaign planning.
- Digital marketing capabilities such as social media management, content planning, and performance tracking across online channels.
- Market research and analytical skills to interpret customer insights, competitive landscape, and campaign data.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) and managing external vendors or agencies.
- Relevant experience in agritech, electric vehicles, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in branding or digital marketing are a plus.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to project management.
