Role Description The Brand Activation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for planning and executing brand activation campaigns that promote One Up Consulting’s services and thought leadership. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating events and experiential initiatives, managing brand presence across channels, collaborating with sales and consulting teams to align messaging, and tracking campaign performance.

The role involves building relationships with partners and vendors, ensuring brand consistency in all touchpoints, and preparing reports and presentations on activation outcomes and insights.

The Brand Activation

Manager also contributes to new ideas for market engagement and supports the development of communication materials.

Qualifications

- Brand Activation and Brand Management skills, with experience in developing and implementing brand campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills,



including the ability to create clear messaging and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Event Planning experience for organizing, coordinating, and executing on-site and off-site brand events.
- Sales-related skills, such as supporting lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and aligning activations with commercial goals.
- Relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or consulting, preferably within professional services.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
