Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Kollam branch by driving sales, managing branch operations, leading the branch team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory coordination, and achieving branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete operations of the Kollam branch.

- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch sales and operations team.

- Develop business within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and retail customers.

- Monitor daily branch activities and operational efficiency.

- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer issues.

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and HR for smooth branch operations.





- Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory replenishment.

- Ensure timely collections and control outstanding receivables.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

- 5–10 years of experience in Branch Management or Sales Management.

- Experience in Building Materials, Construction Products, Roofing, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Steel, Cement, Hardware, Paints, Plywood, or allied industries is highly preferred

Pay: ₹34,539.79 - ₹60,681.93 per month
