About the Role

Shivam Electro Tools is looking for a hands-on Branch Manager – Sales & Operations to manage daily business operations, sales team performance, customer relationships, collections, and overall branch growth.

This is not a desk-only role. We need someone who can take ownership, manage people, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the sales team towards monthly targets
- Monitor enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversion
- Handle key B2B, industrial and high-value customers
- Improve sales, repeat business and new customer acquisition
- Monitor pending payments and coordinate collection follow-ups
- Ensure smooth dispatch, delivery and daily operations
- Monitor stock availability and operational issues
- Conduct daily team reviews and assign responsibilities
- Train and improve employee performance
- Submit daily/weekly reports to management
- Reduce dependency on the owner for daily operational decisions

Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in Sales / Operations / Branch Management




- Experience in industrial products, power tools, hardware, electricals, auto parts, industrial consumables or B2B distribution preferred
- Experience managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and business reporting
- Solid follow-up and customer handling skills
- Understanding of inventory, collections and basic business operations
- Hands-on, disciplined and result-oriented
