Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the overall daily operations of the branch.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch team.

- Ensure monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets are achieved.

- Monitor academic counselors, telecallers, and support staff.

- Handle student and parent enquiries and ensure quality counseling.

- Maintain excellent customer service and student satisfaction.

- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.

- Monitor leads, follow-ups, admissions, conversions, and pending payments.

- Ensure proper documentation and accurate student records.

- Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and operational requirements.

- Resolve student, staff, and operational issues effectively.

- Implement marketing and promotional activities in the local area.

- Maintain discipline, professionalism,



and a positive work culture.

- Ensure the branch follows company policies and procedures.

- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase admissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Experience in education, admissions, sales, or branch management is an advantage.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and counseling abilities.

- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
