About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a US-based banking and money transfer process. The role involves assisting customers with money transfers, transaction-related queries, account/service requests, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through a blended process, which may include voice, chat, and email support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to money transfers and banking services.
- Assist customers with transaction-related issues, payment/transfer status, and service-related requests.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions within the defined process guidelines.
- Handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Verify customer/account information as per process requirements.
- Follow established banking, security, and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accuracy while handling sensitive financial and customer information.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain required quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.




- Work effectively in a high-volume international customer service environment.

Candidate Requirements
- HSC / Graduate from a recognized board or university.
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience preferred.
- Experience in Voice / Chat / Email / Blended processes will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, payments, money transfer, or international customer support are preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Should be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Should be comfortable working 2 rotational week offs.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good typing, comprehension, and basic computer skills.
- C1-level English proficiency preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-Hand The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualification, relevant experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
