Fry Piece Biryani Cook Master Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and responsible Fry piece Biryani Master to manage an assigned kitchen section and ensure consistent food quality, timely preparation and smooth service.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section. Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.
Supervise Commis
Chefs and kitchen assistants. Ensure proper mise en place before every service. Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation. Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage. Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and food-safety standards. Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen sections during service. Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
