Role Overview The BIM Strategist will support workplace projects across the North America region, working from India during EST–PST aligned hours (Night Shift in India).

The role is suited to professionals with 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, Revit-based project delivery, and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will work directly with North America project teams and the AI BIM Team to coordinate models, maintain BIM quality, resolve technical issues, and support efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Coordination & Project Delivery

- Develop, maintain, and coordinate Revit models in line with project BIM requirements and standards.
- Manage multidisciplinary model coordination across Architecture, Interiors, MEP, and consultants.
- Perform model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination using Revit, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and track BIM actions through resolution.
- Provide real-time BIM support to North America teams during EST–PST working hours.




- Identify and escalate coordination risks, information gaps, and technical issues affecting delivery.

BIM Quality & Information Management

- Conduct model health checks and monitor worksets, links, parameters, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
- Support project setup, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), CDE workflows, and information management requirements.
- Maintain model and data quality in accordance with project and client requirements.
- Support ISO 19650 principles, Asset Information Modeling (AIM), COBie, and structured data delivery, where applicable.

Documentation & Standards

- Support the production and coordination of drawings, schedules, details, and model-based deliverables.
- Review models and documentation before key submissions.
- Maintain and improve BIM templates, families, content, parameters, and project standards.

AI, Automation & Innovation

- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows through automation and digital tools.
- Support Dynamo, pyRevit, AI-assisted BIM workflows, and other automation initiatives.
- Participate in AI BIM Team initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement of BIM workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of BIM coordination / BIM project delivery experience.




- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with Navisworks for model federation, clash detection, and coordination.
- Good understanding of architectural documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience with commercial workplace or corporate interior projects is preferred.
- Experience working with international or North America project teams is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Trimble Connect, Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Understanding ISO 19650, CDE workflows, and BIM information management is preferred.
- Exposure to Dynamo, Revit, AI-enabled BIM tools, Digital Twins, AIM, or COBie is an advantage.
