EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

(DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE ETC)

- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for 3D BIM modelling, with a specialization in HVAC systems.
- Experienced in BIM 360 / ACC for collaborative project environments and model coordination.
- Skilled in detailed modelling of HVAC services, including support systems and layouts.
- Expertise in creating and editing Revit families with parametric controls for HVAC systems.
- Robust experience in preparing detailed drawings including plans, sections, 3D views, enlarged views, annotations, and quantity schedules.
- Capable of performing clash detection across disciplines and resolving coordination issues effectively.
- Proficient in project setup within Revit MEP, including template creation and standards implementation.
- Experienced in managing multi-user work-sharing environments in Revit.




- Skilled in converting Revit models into CAD, DWF, and PDF formats for project deliverables.
- Ability to generate detailed sections, schedules, and schematics from BIM models.
- Hands-on experience in preparing Fabrication Drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawings, and Combined Drawings for HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with clients and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Regularly provides work status updates, highlighting risks and ensuring smooth project execution.
