This position involves working within the MEP Design & Engineering Team at Axium Global's Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including BIM designers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers with wide-ranging experience. The BIM Designer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of plumbing and firefighting systems for various projects and will be working directly with leading MEP design consulting firms from the UK, USA, Australia and the UAE on flagship projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical HVAC systems in accordance with project requirements and standards

- Ability to learn and implement various services standards and building code

- Ability to understand various MEP drawings / Plans / Section





- Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and layout plans

- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using BIM software to identify and resolve potential conflicts between HVAC systems and other building elements

- Assist in the development of project documentation and reports, providing insights related to HVAC system design and performance

- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and software related to BIM and HVAC design

Qualification and Experience Required:

- ITI/NCTVT certified HVAC/electrical/plumbing draftsman with relevant experience
