We Are Hiring: BIM Manager

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in BIM processes, Autodesk Revit, and MEP design, along with strong coordination and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models and project documentation across all stages of design and construction.
- Produce, review, and verify BIM models and technical drawings for various projects.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure the integrity and coordination of the overall project design.
- Identify, resolve, and mitigate design and coordination challenges through effective collaboration with other disciplines.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM workflows and standards.
- Ensure compliance with BIM content standards, development procedures, and quality requirements.
- Prepare discipline-specific BIM models and content for BIM coordination and clash detection meetings.
- Lead the development of discipline-specific BIM content, templates, and modeling standards.
- Leverage BIM software and digital tools to improve design coordination, documentation, and project delivery.




- Maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders and demonstrate excellent technical writing and reporting skills.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in BIM methodology, Autodesk Revit, and MEP design.
- Proven experience in BIM model production, coordination, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Software Proficiency Candidates must have strong working knowledge of:
- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- BricsCAD
- BIM Forma
- HAP
