- Develop detailed BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural and structural components of building projects.
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate architectural and structural designs into a cohesive BIM model.
- Coordinate and manage BIM workflows to ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Conduct clash detection analyses and resolve conflicts between architectural and structural elements to optimize building performance and minimize construction errors.
- Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, using AutoCAD and Revit by project requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology, including attending training sessions and obtaining relevant certifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of skilled experience as a BIM Engineer Modeler, with a focus on architectural and structural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural and structural modeling and documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction techniques related to architectural and structural design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Experience with Navisworks or other clash detection software (preferred but not required).
